She is an international athlete & Vice President of Karnataka Athletic Association, coach to the Indian team of Asian Para games held at Hangzhou, China. She is also the World Athletics certified coach In addition to this she is Nodal Officer for Khelo India University Games. Ms. Bharti is conferred with Atal Award, Kempe Gowda Award, Rajyotsava Award, Kreeda Ratna Award, Kalyanamma Award, Power Women Award 2023 and Youth Award 2024.
