Bhagavad Gita instils innumerable virtues in young ones. It encourages them to live life with purity, strength, discipline, honesty, kindness and integrity. The ideals given to children in their early childhood can inspire them in their future years of life.
In order to inspire and motivate children to cultivate good values, the Pre-primary section conducted a ‘Gita Fest’- an interschool shloka chanting competition on 4th November 2023, where 20 schools had enthusiastically participated.
The children of Prep 1 chanted any 3 shlokas from the 16th chapter of the Bhagavad Gita and the children of Prep 2 chanted any three shlokas from the 17th Chapter of the Bhagavad Gita. The Shloka recitation of all the schools was delightful.
The grand event concluded with the distribution of the Participation certificates to all the participants by our esteemed judges, Sri. Venkatesh Prasad and Smt. Shyamala Shetty.
It was indeed a divine experience to witness the energizing performance of all the children.
