Rules for Admission

Rules and Regulations Before Admission

  1. Eligibility
  • The child must satisfy the prescribed age limit for the respective grade as per CBSE norms. (child to be at least 3 years for Nursery and 6 years for Class 1)
    • Admission to higher classes till Grade 9 will only be granted on submission of a valid Transfer Certificate (TC) and academic records from the previous school.
  1. Filling the Online Admission Form
  • The admission form must be filled and submitted online through the school’s official website/portal only.
  • Parents/Guardians are instructed to fill in the admission form with utmost accuracy.
  • No changes will be permitted after submission under any circumstances.
  • Incomplete or incorrectly filled applications will be rejected automatically.
  • The personal details entered must exactly match the supporting documents (Birth Certificate, Transfer Certificate, Aadhaar Card, etc.).
  • Any mismatch will lead to cancellation of the application.
  • The father’s and mother’s names must match their official documents.
  • The spelling of names (Student/Mother/Father/Guardian) must be consistent across all documents.
  • The Date of Birth should be as per the Birth Certificate, Aadhaar Card, and as entered in the Admission & Withdrawal Register maintained by the school.
  • No abbreviations are permitted—only full names of Student/Parents/Guardian should be entered.
  • Both first name and surname should be mentioned (required for official/foreign documentation).
  • Nicknames/pet names are not accepted.
  • The Date of Birth certificate must have been issued within the stipulated time under the Registration of Births and Deaths Act, 1969.
  1. Entrance Test / Interaction
  • Kindergarten: Admission will be based on an interaction session with the child.
  • Grades 1 to 9: Admission will include an entrance examination, followed by an interaction with both the child and the parents.
  1. Documents Required during the time of admission
    • Birth Certificate (original & photocopy).
    • Transfer Certificate and progress report (if applicable).
    • Recent passport-size photographs of the student and parents/guardians.
    • Aadhaar card or valid ID proof of student and parents.
    • Address proof of residence (Aadhar, Passport, Ration Card, Voter ID, Driving Licence, Bank Account)
  1. Fee Payment
  • Admission will be confirmed only after payment of the admission fee and the tuition fees.
  • All fees paid at the time of admission are non-refundable.
  1. Health & Safety
  • Parents must disclose the child’s medical history and submit relevant health documents.
  • Any specific medical condition should be communicated in writing during admission.
  1. Prohibited Practices
  • Any suppression of facts, misrepresentation, or submission of forged documents will lead to cancellation of admission.
  • The school reserves the right to deny admission if deemed necessary.
  1. Final Authority
    • Admission is subject to availability of seats.
    • The decision of the School Management and Principal shall be final and binding in all matters related to admission.
  2. Code of Conduct Agreement
  • Parents and students must agree to follow the school’s rules, including:

Punctuality, discipline, and regular attendance.

  • Wearing the prescribed uniform.
  • Respecting teachers, staff, and fellow students.
  • No junk food or non-vegetarian food is allowed inside the campus
  • All students are expected to strictly follow the rules and regulations of the school in matters of discipline, punctuality, attendance, dress code, and conduct.
  • Parents are also required to abide by the rules of the school and extend full cooperation to ensure the smooth functioning of the institution.
  • Any violation of the rules by students or lack of support from parents may result in appropriate action as per school policy.
