1. Parent-Teacher Meetings
Meeting Teachers & Principal:
Parents can meet the Principal, Class Teachers,
and Subject Teachers only on the below-mentioned days. (After 3:30 pm only.)
Disturbing Teachers or classrooms during school hours is prohibited and should be avoided.
Emergency Contact:Parents must contact the school office to seek permission from the Principal in case of emergencies.
Lunch Guidelines:Parents should send lunch with their children.
If forgotten, lunch can be handed to the security at the main gate with a slip mentioning the student’s name, class, and section.
Grade Days
1. Monday & Tuesday – 3rd Week of every month
2. Wednesday & Thursday – 3rd week of every month
3. Monday – 2nd week of every month
4 .Tuesday – 2nd week of every month
5. Wednesday – 2nd week of every month
6 & 7. Tuesday – 1st week of every month
8. Thursday – 1st week of every month
9 & 10. All days from 3:30 pm to 4:00 pm
For urgent matters, parents may be called on any working day with one day’s notice.
Parents may be called on any day for class programmes, Annual Day, or participation in competitions/events outside the school.
2. Health & Attendance
Discuss your child’s health issues, unexplained leaves, or repeated soiling of clothes with the class teacher.
Medical Certificates are mandatory for sickness exceeding 3 days, along with a Fitness Certificate from the attending doctor.
Ensure regular attendance and timely submission of leave letters.
3. Homework & Submissions
Home Work, Class Work, Diaries, Activity Sheets, and Library books must be submitted regularly.
Diaries and Class Work must be duly signed.
4. Discipline & Punctuality
Children must be dropped and picked up on time daily.
Parents should oblige and comply with teachers’ instructions.·If unable to attend meetings on the appointed day, send a letter to the class teacher indicating your convenient timing.
5. Communication
Diaries are for teacher communication. Parents may send slips for responses or special requests.
Meeting during class hours is strictly prohibited.
6. Student Appearance & Conduct
Girls- No gold or silver ornaments, tattoos, or nail polish. Nails must be short and trimmed.
Boys- Hair should be cut regularly to maintain a neat and tidy appearance. Nails must be short and trimmed.
Avoid discussing negative aspects of the school or staff in front of the child. Issues can be resolved with school authorities.
Do not compare children with others.
7. Academic Support at Home
Medium of instruction is English. Parents should encourage English conversation at home to support lessons.
Follow the food schedule recommended by the school.
8. Security & Identification
It is mandatory to show the hard copy of your child’s ID card while picking them up from school.
