These Terms and Conditions , outline the rules and regulations for the use of the Website and any services or features available on or through the Website (“Services”). Institute does not, in the usual course, filter, edit, publish or review User Content prior to their presence on the Website. The User Content does not reflect the views and opinions of Institute, its agents and/or Affiliates. The User Content reflects the views and opinions of the persons who post their views and opinions. To the extent permitted by applicable laws, we shall not be liable for the User Content or for any liability, damages or expenses caused and/or suffered as a result of any use of and/or posting of and/or appearance of the User Content on this website. We reserve the right to monitor all User Content and to remove any User Content which can be considered inappropriate, offensive or causes breach of these Terms.
