General Information Affiliation and Curriculum
Poornaprajna Education Centre functions in accordance with the norms and guidelines of the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE).
The curriculum is designed to meet CBSE standards while also incorporating value-based education.
Continuous assessments, examinations, and teaching practices are followed as per CBSE requirements.
Academic planning, evaluation, and certification strictly adhere to CBSE rules.

Medium of Instruction & Language Options
English is the medium of instruction.
I Language – English
II Language (Grades 1-10) – Kannada
III Language (Grades 1-4) – Hindi (compulsory)
IV Language (Grade 1-4) – Communicative Samskrit (compulsory).
For Grades 5-8: Student has choice between Hindi or Samskrit as III Language.
In Grades 9 & 10 : Kannada will be the only II Language.
Cultural and Spiritual Practices
Shloka Chanting and Geetha Parayana are conducted daily during assembly.
These practices are considered essential for building values, discipline, and spiritual growth.
Clubs and Co-Curricular Activities
Students have access to a wide range of club activities.
Vocational Training (for Grades 5 to 10) and Work Experience (for Grades 4 to 10) classes are compulsory for all students. These programs are designed to equip

The school also maintains a Strictly Vegetarian Policy in alignment with the spiritual values of Adamaru Matha, Udupi.
Students are not allowed to bring or consume any non-vegetarian food or junk food on campus.These practices are integral to maintaining the sanctity, discipline and value-based environment of the school.
